Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide premium quality ethnic wear including kurta sets, Jodhpuri suits, Indo-western outfits, and shrug sets. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong size delivered compared to the order placed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
  • Customized or altered outfits.
  • Used, washed, or perfume-stained garments.
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Customers can request only one exchange per order.
  • Reverse pickup service may not be available for all locations. In such cases, customers must self-ship the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

To request a return or exchange, customers must share:

  • Product photos
  • Reason for return

Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
  • Minor thread variations and handmade finishing are not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
