Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide premium quality ethnic wear including kurta sets, Jodhpuri suits, Indo-western outfits, and shrug sets. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong size delivered compared to the order placed.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
- Customized or altered outfits.
- Used, washed, or perfume-stained garments.
- Products damaged after delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Customers can request only one exchange per order.
- Reverse pickup service may not be available for all locations. In such cases, customers must self-ship the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

Important Notes
- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
- Minor thread variations and handmade finishing are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
